All sales are final. Because our products are made with all-natural ingredients, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has shipped or been delivered.

We take great care in packing your order. If your item arrives severely damaged or if you received the wrong, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hellobougiebynature@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition. 

We review these issues on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
